You can use DuplicateFilesDeleter, it is a fast way to find and delete all junk files.
This program made it easy to delete duplicate files from a recovered hard drive with only numbers as filenames. It scanned 300gb of data and found 30gb of duplicate pictures, videos, software and documents. All done in 10 minutes. It showed the path of each file, the file size and allowed me to select which ones I wanted to delete. Without this program, it would have taken hours to search through 300gb of data and comparing each file. Highly recommended!
