Auslogics Duplicate File Finder is a neat and handy application meant to help you easily detect and remove pesky duplicate files that uselessly consume precious disk space and make file organizing a much more difficult job than it should be.
Auslogics Duplicate File Finder is one of the simplest duplicate finders that you can get your hands on as it comes with a very easy-to-use and intuitive interface. Its wizard-like interface guides users step-by-step through the duplicate detection and removing process. It even allows setting file filters on the way, based on their sizes, names, or types. It can detect duplicate files regardless of their types, may they be videos, music, archives, applications, or photos. This application can be configured to automatically perform various actions with the found duplicates, such as send them to the Recycle Bin, send them to a Rescue Center, or permanently delete them.
Unfortunately, there's a big problem with the latest version of this application: it simply doesn't detect any duplicates no more, even though I know for sure that there are duplicates to be detected in the folder that I asked it to scan, and no filters were enabled. I also know for sure that the older versions of this app didn't have this problem as Auslogics Duplicate File Finder was one of my favorite duplicate finding tools in the past. Therefore, until this issue gets fixed, I'm sorry to say but you'll better skip the latest version of this program.
